My battery died at a doctor's appointment and I had my Daughter and toddler son with me waiting. I couldn't get a hold of anyone so I googled and found Clutcher. I called an spoke with Kevin Madsen, the owner, who was very upfront and said he had some appointments scheduled so he didn't know when he could get there, but asked my location so he could try to give me a time. It turned out he was only a few minutes away from my location, so he went out of his way to make the quick stop to jump start my car on his way to his next meeting. A lot of places will have you wait until they can talk to a dispatcher and call you back, or tell you it "won't be long" when they know it will be, just to make money. Kevin was friendly, helpful, and honest. I hope I won't be needing him soon... but he will be the first number I will call or recommend to a friend if they are stranded.

LIke most people with a car, I work all day, and using my measly lunch hour to try to cram in an appointment at the auto-shop and then hoofin it back to work is just not a physical possibility, thus I was very pleased to have discovered Clutcher.

I was skeptical, as I don't particularly enjoy having my material possessions being handled by anyone other than me, AND I was worried that I was falling for an elaborate ruse to steal my broken car, but Kevin Madsen was very thorough in his communication with me every step of the way - so those fears were quickly dispelled. I never had to worry about what was happening to my car and I never felt in the dark. I was told every what, when, why, and how much is would cost to fix about my car without me even having to ask. It was an absolutely perfect experience!

Everything about it was wonderfully convenient, affordabler, and better than expected. I plan to use Clutcher for all my car needs from now on and I've been recommending everyone who asks to do the same!

I just had my car serviced with Clutcher and I am sold! This is a great service that is not only convenient, but saved me money. And I didn't even have to leave work! The estimate was spot on and Clutcher saved me almost 40% when compared to the dealer cost for the same service. The whole process from setting the appointment, handing off the car and paying the invoice online was seamless. This is a I am very impressed with Clutcher and will definitely use it again.
